  An elderly Asian lady trimmed my toe nails. It was painful, she scratched my toes several times with her sharp-pointy nails. Even though she wore latex gloves I could have still got an infection. Their chairs are very low to the ground and it is very difficult to get in and out of them, especially if you have had a hip replacement surgery. It is very difficult to communicate with the staff since only a few of them barely speak English. This place is not very sanitary, they reuse sand paper sponges and do not discard them after each use. Essentially they are spreading nail fungus and athletes foot.
